About Jessica Leigh
Jessica Leigh obtained her bachelor's in business prior to entering the Beauty & Spa Industry over 17 years ago. She is a Licensed Esthetician, the Business Development Manager for XO8 Cosmeceuticals, Sales + Client Relations for Pro Plasma Esthetic (Jet Plasma) and recently sold her day spa FOR PROFIT after owning it for 15 years. She loves mentoring women, especially Licensed Estheticians and Spa Owners, and supporting them to actualize their most ardent wishes while building a sustainable brand. She is passionate about helping women to tap into their deepest desires and realize their true potential. Jessica is married with 3 beautiful children and truly believes in building women up to have the life of their dreams.

The voice behind The Legacy Collective is to teach women how to not only run a successful business but more importantly, to build something sustainable that feels as good as it looks. Many of us wear all of the hats including "spa owner, technician, front desk, manager, mom, wife, laundromat, chauffeur, HR department..." The list goes on. We will tap into business building, marketing, rebooking, building your personal brand ALONGSIDE emotional mastery, learning to communicate with your team (and family), setting boundaries for a business that won't burn you out and so much more!
Curating A Dream Life
Jessica Leigh prides herself on living the life of her dreams and she truly believes it is possible for you too! She quickly learned with her first mentor that being chained to your business doesn't earn you any extra points or extra money for that matter. Building a sustainable business keeps you from getting burnt out and throwing in the towel, allows you to travel, spend time with family and take a day for a midweek reset. We call that a Queens Day in The Legacy Collective and encourage you to try it!
